What to wear

• Ninja's should wear comfortable shorts and T's or tank tops.
  
• No shoes are allowed on the mats or equipment, bare feet only.
• Hair should be pulled back and secured away from the face.
  
• No jewelry allowed as it may snag on the mats or equipment and cause injury.
