* Upon arrival your child’s badge must be scanned by the gym manager. If your child is new or enjoying a free trial class please check in at the front desk. If your child has forgotten his or her badge please sign them in on the sign in sheet at the front desk. Lost badges are replaced at a cost of $5. 3 consecutive check ins with no badge will result in a new badge being issued and charged to the parent’s account.
* All participants should place shoes in the shoe cubby located near the front desk. Backpacks, clothing and water bottles should be placed on top of the cubby, not kept with parents or in the aisle.
* Each class begins with stretching for increased flexibility. Stretching is an important part of class. Please make sure you arrive on time so your child has ample time to participate.
* Please allow our instructors to instruct the class and your child; there is a progressive curriculum and skills for each level. Do not try to talk to or coach your child during class. It is important for children to keep their focus and attention on the class goals. Parents who coach their child from the sidelines will be reminded of this policy. If the manager has to talk to the parent again the parent will be asked to leave the facility. If the problem persists the family will be banned from PAC classes.
* No parents are allowed on the mat or equipment at any time.
* No gymnasts are allowed on equipment unless a coach is present and the class is in session.
* Expect repetition of various skills and individual practice during class.
* Athletes are expected to participate and have a good attitude in class. Wrestlers, gymnasts and cheerleaders who are whining, back talking the coaches, not listening to instruction, and/or acting like they do not want to be in class will be removed from practice and asked to sit with their parent for 10 minutes. If behavior continues the gymnast will be removed from class permanently. No refunds are given for athletes removed due to poor behavior.
* Siblings are welcome to watch classes. However, they are not allowed on the equipment or mats. If they are running around on the side of the mat and become a distraction parents will be asked to take them outside.
* No adults are allowed on the eqiupment at any time.
* Parents must treat coaches and staff in a respectful manner. Failure to do so will result in the entire family being removed from the facility and classes.
