New students may join at any time during a session, as long as there is space in the desired class. If a class is full, your name will be placed on a wait list. Tuition will be prorated relative to your start date.
Student ID Badges
Every student enrolling in PAC classes receives an id badge and lanyard upon enrollment. Students MUST bring their badge with them to check in every class. Students who fail to bring their badge to 3 classes will automatically be charged for a new badge and will have one re-issued to them. If a student needs two badges, one for mom's household and one for dad's please let the manager know ASAP. Your account will be charged $5 and your child will be issued 2 identical badges.
Tuition Payment and Due Date
Tuition is due on the first of the month, or the first day of the session, which ever is scheduled first. If, at any time, a check is returned for non-sufficient funds, we charge an additional $40. Declined credit cards are charged $20 if card is not updated within 24 hours of payment having been declined. Students whose account has not been paid are not allowed to practice. Parents will be called and asked to pick up the child from practice. If parents can't be reached the child will be set out of class for that practice. The child will only be allowed back in class once payment has been made in full.

If you wish to withdraw your child from classes before the end of the session, you must do so 10 days prior to the first of the upcoming month or you will be billed tuition per the payment agreement. This policy will be enforced and is in place to allow management time to fill that child's spot in class. (Please see the 'withdrawal form' tab.) If you prefer to pay a $30 early withdrawal fee you may do so and your child will be withdrawn immediately.
If you enroll in a class after the start of the session your tuition is prorated based on your registration date.
A late fee of $20 will be attached to any balance left unpaid 24 hours after the due date and automatically charged to the account.
Annual Registration Fee
There is a $25 fee due upon initial registration and annually thereafter for all non-wrestling classes. This fee defrays administrative and insurance enrollment costs. The renewal registration fee will be posted automatically on the first day of the session for which the student is enrolled. Wrestlers are required to purchase a USAW card instead of paying a registration fee.
We are happy to offer family and multiple class discounts. A 10% discount is applied to siblings, and a 10% discount is given for additional class enrollment within a session. Members of the military receive a 10% discount upon proof of active enrollment. Discounts do not apply to wrestling practices.
